Cosmin Borza is a senior researcher at the “Sextil Puşcariu” Institute of Linguistics and Literary History of the Romanian Academy. His work deals mostly with twentieth- and twenty-first-century Romanian literature, Post-Communist East-Central European Culture, critical theory, and the relationships between literature and ideology. He is the author of two books of criticism (Marin Sorescu. Alone among the Canonical Writers – 2014 and Canonical Debate Today. The Case of Romanian Postwar Literature – 2016).
