Lawrence Wang is researcher at Harvard University, where he received his bachelors in Chemistry, Physics and Literature, working particularly on the James Joyce and Ezra Pound as intermedial art. His research interests include the long 18th century, theory of translation, as well as phenomenology and mysticism. More recently, his projects have focused on American and Japanese avant-garde and countercultural studies, as well as the intersection of Enlightenment science and the work of David Foster Wallace.
