Călina Părău

Călina Părău studies comparative literature and English language, literature and culture and is currently involved in interdisciplinary research at the Faculty of Letters, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj – Romania. Her interests include film studies, issues of representation, ethics, otherness, community, theories of the affect and memory studies. Her most recent publication is “The Exo-Postural Gaze: A Way Out of Representation and Visual Recollection” (2015). Călina Părău has published book reviews, film reviews and essays in cultural and literary magazines like “Steaua” and “Echinox”.
