Anastasia Fuioagă

Anastasia Fuioagă is a M.A. student at the Faculty of Letters, Babeș-Bolyai University. They have published articles on representations of queerness and queer modernism in Romanian literature in several indexed journals (Metacritic Journal, Revista Transilvania). Their fields of interest include intersectional feminism, queer and trans* studies. Their main focus consists in the construction and representation of queerness in Romanian literary discourse, while other specific interests regard the subversion of gender norms in East-Asian alternative cultural productions and its dissemination in Western cultural spaces.
