Binayak Roy

Binayak Roy teaches at the Department of English, University of North Bengal. His research interests include Literary Theory, Postcolonial Literature(s), The Indian English Novel, and the Cinema of Satyajit Ray. He has done his Ph.D on the novels of Amitav Ghosh and has published articles in journals like Journal of Asia-Pacific Pop Culture, Postcolonial Text, South Asian 21 Review, Asiatic, Nordic Journal of English Studies, ANQ: A Quarterly Journal of Short Articles, Notes, and Reviews, Studies in South Asian Film and Media, Asian Cinema Journal, Film International, Crossroads, etc.
