Ioana Moroșan

Ioana Moroșan is a PhD student at the University of Bucharest. Her research interests are methodologically rooted in the sociology of literature, sociology of gender and intellectuals, field theory, as well as the sociology of professions. Her doctoral research is focused on a sociological approach to the absorption of women prose writers within the literary infrastructure during the Romanian post-war period from both perspectives: the role of women as literary agents, as well as the insertion of the literary production of the female fraction within the local literary system, including access to publication, professionalisation, resources and recognition. She has published articles in Dacoromania Litteraria and Transilvania.
