Cezar Gheorghe

Cezar Gheorghe is a lecturer of Film Studies and Film Adaptation at the Center of Excellence in Image Studies (University of Bucharest). His research interests include Film Adaptation, Intermediality, the relation between World Literature and World Cinema, the works of Gilles Deleuze, Biopolitics and Posthuman Theory. He is the author of Gândirea-cinema (La pensée-cinema) and several essays on World Literature and World Cinema. He also writes literary criticism and film reviews for the Bucharest based cultural journal, Observator cultural.
