Maša Uzelac
Maša Uzelac is a PhD candidate in French at National University of Ireland, Galway. She completed her undergraduate and MA studies in the Department of Romance Studies at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. Her areas of interest include utopian/dystopian and science fiction novel of the 20th and the 21st centuries. Ms Uzelac is currently working on a comparative project on utopian and anti-utopian tendencies in the works of Aldous Huxley and Michel Houellebecq, supervised by Prof Philip Dine and co-supervised by Prof Zorica Đergović-Joksimović. Since the start of her PhD in 2018, she has presented her work at conferences in Ireland, the UK and Hungary.
